Rockside Beach Resort, Bentota

This hotel boasts a beautiful property in an ideal location, right by a stunning private beach and a nice pool area that feels spacious and uncrowded. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, making for a comfortable stay. However, the service left much to be desired with some unfriendly interactions, and the dining experience was inconsistent.

I had a wonderful stay at this resort during a low season, and it was surprisingly quiet. The beach is literally just steps away, which is fantastic. The staff were incredibly accommodating, and I enjoyed some of the best meals I had while in the country. However, the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, and hot water was not always guaranteed in the heat. Overall, the experience was lovely and relaxing, especially for the price point.
